Sculpted to scale, this "euro style" mule deer skull is another take on a modern yet rustic/classic look. The skull continues the theme of epoxy, walnut, and white oak. The plaque was inspired by a plaque my uncle had made that resembled a Native American arrowhead. The reclaimed oak barnwood gives the plaque a rustic look while pairing well with the wood in the skull. The antlers are real antlers found near my home in colorado from a mule deer that had died most likely from predation during the winter months.
